Dreadful Season Sees Playoff Hopes Dashed for Clinton Saturday, August 31st , 2047 The Clinton LumberKings will soon be packing their bags and heading home for the year. The 2047 season won't involve a playoff run for the club, as Clinton was mathematically eliminated from playoff contention today. Clinton last appeared in the postseason in 2031. This is their 16th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 21 times in their 32 - year history. |
