Canadians Cruise to World Series with Sweep Wednesday, October 23rd , 2047 The Vancouver Canadians are on to the World Series after a convincing series win over the Spokane Indians. Vancouver wrapped up the series sweep with a 7-4 win in the last game, to take the series 4-0. "We expected to win and we executed the way we needed to," said Kyle Scruggs, who was named series MVP. For the series, Scruggs hit .375 with a .412 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 4 RBI and scored 1 runs.
