Bonfanti Grabs NL Reliever of the Year Sunday, November 10th , 2047
When Chris Bonfanti jogged in from the bullpen this season, opposing teams knew they were going to have a tough time putting up runs.
The Hillsboro Hops starting pitcher turned in a dominant campaign and has been named the National League Reliever of the Year winner for 2047.
His award-winning season saw the bullpen ace get 1 save in 42 relief appearances, 119 strikeouts in 107 innings and only 22 walks. He had a record of 9 wins and no losses to go with his 2.69 ERA.
"I hope I can pitch like this every year," he said.
