Tigers Out of Playoff Race Sunday, January 14th , 2046 The playoff picture is continuing to come into focus in Winter League Baseball and this year, the postseason won't include the Detroit (WIN) Tigers. The team today was mathematically eliminated from qualifying for the postseason. Detroit (WIN) last appeared in the postseason in 2036. This is their 9th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 24 times in their 30 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Tigers have only made the playoffs once. |
