Season Ends for McDonald Monday, October 7th , 2047 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Pennsylvania State University's John McDonald to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 10/05/2047 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," McDonald said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." McDonald has been out of action since he suffered shoulder inflammation. This year his season stats show McDonald has no saves in 19 relief appearances with a 2-4 record and 3.93 ERA. |
