Flores Gets 5 Hits Tuesday, October 29th , 2047 Wichita State University Shockers left fielder Carlos Flores went 5-for-5 today and paced Wichita State University to a 3-1 victory over the University of California Golden Bears at Evans Diamond. "Well, that was fun," Flores said following the game. Carlos Flores singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 6th, singled in the 8th, walked in the 9th and doubled in the 12th. Thus far this season Flores has hit .280 with 9 home runs, 20 RBIs and scored 30 times. |
