Stanford University Loses Alverson for Season Tuesday, December 24th , 2047 After several days of waiting for test results, bad news was delivered to Joe Alverson today. The Stanford University reliever will be out the rest of the year due to an arthritic elbow he suffered on 12/22/2047. To date this year Alverson has won 5 and lost 6 with a 3.98 ERA, 1 save and 39 strikeouts in 47 relief appearances. |
