Seitz Booms 3 Homers Sunday, September 8th , 2047 Kyler Seitz went yard three times in a Trois-Riveres Aigles victory over the Windy City ThunderBolts at ThunderBolts Center today. "I was in a groove," he said. "Every pitch they tossed up there looked like a grapefruit." For the day, the Trois-Riveres first baseman went 3-for-3 against Windy City with 6 RBIs and 3 runs scored in a brilliant display of power hitting that led the Aigles to the 8-3 win. "I tell you what. I'm shocked because I didn't think that last ball had enough to get out," he told BNN reporters in the clubhouse following the game. "I thought it was just going to be a long out." Kyler Seitz hit a two-run home run off Mark Fedor in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Mark Fedor in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Jeremy Brown in the 6th and walked in the 8th. This year Seitz is batting .281 with 88 hits and 26 home runs. He has scored 53 times and has batted in 69 runs. |
