Griesser Untouchable, Tosses No-Hitter Saturday, September 14th , 2047 It was the game that pitchers dream about: the no-hitter. It happened today at Chester Ballpark. Pete Griesser of the Chester Pirates was right on target against the Niagara Falls Phantoms in a 6-0 victory. Griesser zeroed in on them, holding them hitless with 8 strikeouts and 2 walks. "I just had it all today," Griesser told BNN reporters after the game. "Very good stuff and great location. That is a combination that's hard to beat." This year Griesser has a 3-6 record and a 3.18 ERA. |
