Pili on a Rampage, Hits for Cycle Tuesday, October 1st , 2047 Jwahir Pili of the Victoria Capitals helped his club in a big way today, hitting for the cycle in their 4-0 win against the Roswell Invaders. The 4 hits, 2 runs batted in and 2 runs scored for Pili led the way for the Capitals. "It was just a perfect day at the ballpark," Pili said later. Jwahir Pili hit a solo-shot off Elias Reyes in the 1st, doubled in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and hit an RBI triple in the 8th. This season Pili is batting .259 with 14 home runs. He has scored 63 runs and driven in 45. |
