Salas K's 13 En Route to 10-0 White Sox Win
|
The Chicago White Sox went home winners at Globe Life Park in Arlington, thanks in large part to starter Ricky Salas. Salas stifled the Texas Rangers, enabling Chicago to grab the 10-0 win. The White Sox improve their record to 26-18 with the win over Texas.
Salas tossed 122 pitches over 8.2 innings to clinch the win for the White Sox. The right-hander allowed just 3 hits, while racking up 13 strikeouts in the game.
"We were able to get some things going offensively," said Salas.
