Yankees Get Dramatic 4-3 Win
|
Starting pitcher Andres Galindo pitched well enough to help the New York Yankees beat the Houston Astros, 4-3. The win has New York at 25-39.
Jordan de Jesus was the walk-off hero for New York. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Yankees second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
"I'm glad I could get it done when the game was in the balance," de Jesus said in his postgame press conference.
