Stefanski Leads Atlanta to 1-0 Win
|
The Atlanta Braves picked up a win at Turner Field, knocking off the Toronto Blue Jays, 1-0. On the mound for Atlanta was left-hander Nolan Stefanski, who played a pivotal role in the win. Jeremy Kasten closed it out for his 4th save. The Braves have an impressive 83-53 record.
Stefanski delivered a quality start for Atlanta. The 6' 9" left-hander allowed no earned runs on 1 hit over 7.1 innings of work.
Stefanski called winning a team effort. "It's not the same guy every time," he said. "It's the sum of the parts."
