Season Over for Torres Thursday, August 27th , 2048 Henry Torres had to wait several agonizing days to find out his diagnosis after suffering a torn ulnar collateral ligament on 08/24/2048. Today he received word from the Kane County doctor that he would be out the rest of the year. Team officials called it a huge setback but something they would have to overcome. For the season Torres has made no relief appearances, recorded no saves, compiled a 7-13 won-lost mark and a 4.10 ERA. In pitching 142.2 innings, he has totaled 133 strikeouts and 44 walks. |
