Yard Goats Buried - Out of Playoffs Sunday, August 30th , 2048 After spending most of the season well back of the division leaders, the Hartford Yard Goats made it official today, becoming mathematically eliminated from postseason contention. Hartford last appeared in the postseason in 2046. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 8 times in their 33 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Yard Goats have only missed the playoffs once. Hartford has won the World Series 6 times in their history. |
