They can now put to rest ideas of any miracle resurrection of this season -- the club is now officially eliminated from postseason contention. This is the club's 3rd playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2045.In total, the Volcanoes have missed the playoffs 24 times in their 33-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Volcanoes have missed the playoffs 5 times. |
