Rome's Sasada Top NL Batter in August Tuesday, September 1st , 2048 Tamaichi Sasada made his presence known as one of the best young stars in the National League this past month. The Rome Braves first baseman shined through the month of August and has won the Batter of the Month award. The 22-year-old hit .250 with 12 home runs, 34 RBIs and 19 runs scored. So far this year Sasada is batting .323 with 39 home runs, 124 RBIs and 86 runs scored. |
