When David Deon jogged in from the bullpen this season, opposing teams knew they were going to have a tough time putting up runs.
The Williamsport Crosscutters starting pitcher turned in a dominant campaign and has been named the National League Reliever of the Year winner for 2048.
His award-winning season saw the bullpen ace get 2 saves in 56 relief appearances, 142 strikeouts in 106.1 innings and only 30 walks. He had a record of 8 wins and 2 losses to go with his 1.78 ERA.
"I hope I can pitch like this every year," he said.
