Sanchez Packs a Wallop -- Hits 3 HR Against Cubs

Fans are still buzzing after Ogden whipped the Chicago (APP) Cubs by the score of 28-0 today at Lindquist Field.
Jerry Sanchez smashed three home runs in the contest, a feat that would be a career highlight for most players and few fans ever see. In a tremendous performance, the second baseman bashed out 3 hits in 5 at-bats, had 5 RBIs and scored 5 times.
At the postgame press conference, Sanchez said it was an "unbelievable" feeling to hit three home runs in a game.
"Getting one homer is special, and two is great," Sanchez said. "Three is just... wow."
Jerry Sanchez grounded out in the 1st, walked in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Masato Iwase in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Masato Iwase in the 4th, walked in the 5th, grounded out in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Masato Iwase in the 8th.
So far this year, Sanchez is batting .396 with 107 home runs and 241 RBIs.
