Injury Shuts Down Alvarado for Season Tuesday, October 6th , 2048 In a news release, the Bristol Pirates announced that shortstop Ricky Alvarado would miss the rest of the season due to a torn anterior cruciate ligament. Alvarado sustained the injury on 10/02/2048. He "will be sorely missed," said his manager. In 2048 Alvarado has hit at a .353 clip with 185 hits, 58 home runs, 163 RBIs and has scored 157 times. |
