Zacharia Bats .370, Wins NL Batting Title Monday, October 5th , 2048 Congratulations are in order for San Diego left fielder Phil Zacharia, as he was presented with the 2048 National League batting title today at a special awards ceremony. Zacharia was honored for his league-leading .370 average. He collected 175 hits in 473 at-bats, including 33 doubles, 5 triples and 37 home runs. The 29-year-old Zacharia also had 99 RBIs and scored 103 runs. |
