Angeles Jacks 3 into the Stands

Adam Angeles went on an explosive hitting spree against the Kelowna Heat at Andrew Wray Stadium today, launching a trio of blasts to lead the Madison Brewers to the 29-1 win.
The catcher finished 4-for-7 with 3 runs scored and 6 RBI.
"It was just one of those days," Angeles said in a postgame interview. "I don't know how to explain it. I'm just putting a good swing on the ball."
Kelowna skipper Hichori Toyama said Angeles was "locked-in."
"We made some pretty good pitches," he said. "Those first two homers were exactly where the pitcher wanted to put them. He's just hot right now -- you've just got to tip your hat to him."
Adam Angeles hit a two-run home run off Jerry Schlaak in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Jerry Schlaak in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, tripled in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Jerry Schlaak in the 6th, struck out in the 7th and flied out in the 9th.
In his stats this season, Angeles has posted a batting average of .212 with 11 hits in 52 at-bats, 4 home runs and 9 RBIs. He has also scored 8 runs, walked 6 times and compiled a .293 OBP.
