Butkiewicz Takes Top EL Manager Honors Thursday, November 26th , 2048 A baseball manager's success usually depends on the talent of his club, but in the case of Collin Butkiewicz, he seems to have taken the York Revolution to a higher level and gotten his just due. He was named this season's Manager of the Year in the Eastern League for leading the team to a very rewarding season. "Everyone on the team put in a lot of hard work this season," he told reporters. "It's always nice when it's acknowledged in some way." Butkiewicz led York to a first place finish in the Eastern League South Division. The Revolution ended up with a 95-40 record. |
