Montreal got a strong outing from Brian White as the Expos defeated the Houston Astros, 5-2, at Quebecor Stadium. In 6.2 innings, White surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 6 and walking 1. He allowed 1 run. Jakub Kvacek recorded the save for Montreal, his 12th of the season.
