Rockies Win Streak Reaches 8
|
Colorado Rockies starter Vince Scripp hurled his team past the Miami Marlins, 3-1. The wins continue to add up for Colorado, with the latest making it 8 in a row.
Andy Bowman, who finished 5th in the AL in doubles with 42 in 2046, helped out the Colorado cause in the top of the fourth inning with a run-scoring ground out. For the game, the right fielder went 1 for 3 with a walk.
Scripp told a Colorado Daily reporter that he was "more than satisfied" with the win.
