Behind Kasten, Braves Beat Cardinals, 2-0
|
Atlanta Braves pitcher Jeremy Kasten was in fine form, leading his team past the St. Louis Cardinals, 2-0. Atlanta, at 48-16, is cruising.
The Cardinals had little chance against Kasten, who overpowered St. Louis hitters and struck out 11.
Braves manager Andres Wray II raved about Kasten after the game. "I thought Jeremy was 'lights out.'"
