Woodard Fans 15 Revolution
Nate Woodard of the Windy City ThunderBolts put on a pitching clinic today at ThunderBolts Center as he struck out 15 York Revolution in a 3-0 victory. Woodard, who leads the EL with a 1.41 ERA, was simply magnificent as he held the Revolution to 4 hits. He walked 1.

"I felt okay at the beginning," Woodard said, "but eventually my fastball really started working. I also have to thank my catcher for calling a great game."

When asked about Woodard's performance, ThunderBolts manager Werner Leal shook his head and said, "Yeah, he was good out there today. He was dominating."

In 13 starts this season Woodard has registered a 4-2 record and a 1.41 ERA.
