Falcon Electric in Toronto Win
|
The Toronto Blue Jays went home winners at Nationals Park, thanks in large part to starter Javy Falcon. Falcon stifled the Washington Nationals, enabling Toronto to grab the 6-1 win. Toronto, at 97-42, is 13½ games up in the American League East Division.
Falcon earned the win to move to 12-7. In his complete game performance, he allowed 1 run on 4 hits, striking out 10 and walking 1.
"We'll put this win in our pocket and go after the next one," said Falcon.
