Waltersson Delivers Walk-Off Win for Angels
Angels first baseman Jonathon Walton put his stamp on his team's 10-9 win over the Houston Astros. Walton was 4 for 6 with a home run and 2 doubles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for California in the contest. Trevor Sharp, credited with the win, is now 1-0. He allowed no runs on 1 hit. The Astros drop to 13-13 and continue their mediocre start to the 2049 season.

The Angels procured the win, in large part because of center fielder Bjoern Waltersson. In the bottom of the 14th, he produced the game-winning run-scoring single.

"If you want to be considered a good team, these are the kind of games you have to win," said California manager Dakota Wise.
