Diaz Takes Best Bat Award in July Sunday, August 1st , 2049 Marco Diaz has a lot going for him. The Tacoma catcher just broke into the majors this year and now the American League has just picked him as its top hitter for July. In 22 games last month this outstanding rookie batted .400 with 5 home runs, 17 RBIs and 11 runs scored. So far this season Diaz has hit .231 with 6 home runs, 24 RBIs and scored 21 times. |
