AL Reliever of the Year Winner Named Sunday, November 14th , 2049 At the young age of only 24, Mario Amore has been named the American League Reliever of the Year winner for 2049. The future appears bright for the Buffalo Bisons relief ace, who captured the award with 36 saves in 57 relief appearances, 78 strikeouts in 66.2 innings and a record of 2-3 to go with his 0.94 ERA. He received 30 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Danny Romero of the Round Rock Express finished second in voting, while Matt Walton of the Round Rock Express finished third.
