Season Over for Sprayberry Friday, September 3rd , 2049 In a news release, the San Jose Giants announced that starting pitcher Jim Sprayberry would miss the rest of the season due to a torn meniscus. Sprayberry sustained the injury on 09/01/2049. He "will be sorely missed," said his manager. This year Sprayberry has a 12-4 record with a 3.61 ERA in 21 starts. |
