Altoona Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Tuesday, September 7th , 2049 The 2049 season has hardly been a memorable one for the Altoona Curve and now fans must deal with the fact that the club has been officially eliminated from playoff contention. Altoona last appeared in the postseason in 2045. This is their 4th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 22 times in their 34 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Curve have missed the playoffs 7 times. Altoona last won the World Series in 2034. |
