Leading the way to victory was starter Andy Zecher, who shackled the Mississippi Braves and held them scoreless on a 6-hitter. "This is what every pitcher wants to do when they go out there," Zecher said in his postgame press conference. This season Zecher has worked 194.1 innings with 187 strikeouts en route to a 15-9 record and a 3.52 ERA. |
