Injury Sidelines Stegall for Season Sunday, June 6th , 2049 "Not what I wanted to hear," said Columbia's Ryan Stegall to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 06/05/2049 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Stegall said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Stegall has been out of action since he suffered a torn labrum. Checking out his stats for the year, Stegall has racked up 4 wins and 4 losses in 12 starts, 3.94 ERA and struck out 52 batters in 64 innings. |
