Schoening Has Season End Friday, September 17th , 2049 Obviously disappointed, Mike Schoening confirmed today that his season is officially over. The Fort Wayne starting pitcher offered mostly monosyllabic responses to reporters. "Nope," he said, when asked if he might possibly return this year. The 29-year-old Schoening suffered a torn labrum on 09/14/2049 and has been out of action since. Checking out his stats for the season, Schoening has notched 6 wins and 9 losses in 25 starts, 3.51 ERA and struck out 126 batters in 128.1 innings. |
