Gelinas Clobbers 3 HR Against River Bandits Wednesday, April 14th , 2049 Burlington Bees bombardier Danny Gelinas set his sights on the stands and blasted three balls over the fence as his club took a 15-1 win over the Quad Cities River Bandits today. "I guess you could say I was a good guesser today, especially on the last one," Gelinas told writers in the postgame press room. "I was ahead in the count, so I gambled that I'd get a certain pitch, and got all of it." For the game, the Burlington third baseman had 3 hits in 5 at-bats, drove in 7, and scored 3 runs. Danny Gelinas hit a three-run home run off Manny Gonzales in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Manny Gonzales in the 3rd, grounded out in the 4th, struck out in the 6th and hit a three-run home run off Jose Herrera in the 7th.
