"It wasn't hard to get excited for this game," said Toney, whose strong offensive output earned him MVP honors. "Our guys answered the call and proved a lot about what our team is all about." Toney hit .278 with a .381 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 7 RBI and scored 3 runs.
