Dvision 1 Announces Best Starter Friday, October 1st , 2049 Dave Hutchison of the UCLA Bruins outdistanced his peers on the mound this month. He fashioned a fine 5-0 won-lost mark and 1.15 ERA in 6 starts to get the Dvision 1 Pitcher of the Month honors. Hutchison had a very impressive September, finishing with 31 strikeouts in 39 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .199 average. For the season Hutchison has compiled a 7-1 record with a 1.09 ERA. |
