DIV I Announces Rookie of the Month Wednesday, December 1st , 2049 Jabari Gatewood entered the month a lamb, but finished it a full-fledged lion as he received word that he had been chosen the Dvision 1 Rookie of the Month for November. In 5 starts Gatewood cruised to a 5-0 record for the month, hurling 34.2 innings, striking out 30 batters and holding them to a .138 batting average. University of South Carolina fans have a lot to look forward to with this guy on the hill. To this point in the season, Gatewood shows a 10-3 record, 20 starts, 116.1 innings, 103 strikeouts and a 3.17 ERA. |
