D.J. Sheldon Named DIV II Rookie of Month Wednesday, December 1st , 2049 D.J. Sheldon earned November's Rookie of the Month honors in the Division 2 for last month's performance. The boyish University of Illinois left fielder might be wet behind the ears, but he's proving that he has what it takes to play at this level. Sheldon hit .361 with 8 home runs, 25 RBIs and 19 runs scored this past month on his way to winning the award. Currently Sheldon is hitting .317 and has collected 25 home runs, 75 RBIs and scored 54 times, while playing in 82 games. |
