London Loses Corral for Season Monday, July 5th , 2049 "Not what I wanted to hear," said London's Manny Corral to reporters this afternoon, as he revealed that the injury he sustained on 07/01/2049 would force him to miss the rest of the season. "The doctor made it clear," Corral said. "There's no chance for me -- none at all -- to come back this year. That's the last thing I wanted to hear." Corral has been out of action since he suffered a torn labrum. So far this season Corral has hit .215 with 6 home runs, 21 RBIs and scored 21 times. |
