EL Awards Player of the Week Monday, October 11th , 2049 It was a fantastic week for Chester first baseman Zach Chmieleski and it was capped off today with the announcement that he was named the winner of the Eastern League Player of the Week Award. Last week Chmieleski hammered the ball at a torrid .500 pace, going 11-for-22 with 9 home runs, 15 RBIs and 10 runs scored. For the season Chmieleski has produced 156 hits in 430 at-bats for a .363 average with 71 home runs and gotten on base at a .494 clip. |
