Great Day for Serrano -- 5 Hits Friday, October 15th , 2049 It wasn't just another day at the ballpark for Manny Serrano today. Serrano went on a tear and cracked hit after hit off Niagara Falls pitchers. When the dust settled on the diamond at Niagara Falls Casino & Resort, he had a 5-for-9 line and a day he will long remember. And the Paris Cubs had a 13-10 victory over the Phantoms. "Yeah, it'll be something nice to tell the grandkids, but it won't get me a hit tomorrow," he joked in the postgame interview. Manny Serrano singled in the 2nd, struck out in the 3rd, struck out in the 6th, struck out in the 7th, hit a two-run double in the 9th, singled in the 11th, singled in the 13th, flied out in the 14th and singled in the 17th.
