Rehab Road Tough for Dodgers Trey Price Tuesday, September 13th , 2050 "It's worse than we thought." That was the news from the Dodgers clubhouse today as it was learned that starting pitcher Trey Price will be out for an added 1-2 weeks as a result of a recent injury. His treatment for elbow inflammation will have to be extended. Initially it didn't seem the injury was a major concern, but the Oklahoma City starting pitcher told team trainers of some discomfort yesterday morning, and upon examination it was determined to be a more serious injury. "We'd rather take this thing slowly and make sure Trey gets back onto the field healthy," said the team's head trainer. This season in 19 starts Trey Price has a record of 4-11 with 74 strikeouts in 107.2 innings and a 4.60 ERA. |
