McPeak Pitches Braves to 8-0 Win Saturday, July 30th , 2050 Goose eggs were the order of the day for the Harrisburg Senators as starter Kyle McPeak shut out the Harrisburg Senators 8-0 at Trustmark Park. The Mississippi pitcher struck out 5 and walked 2 while allowing 3 hits. "McPeak was good but he wasn't flawless," Harrisburg manager Julio Teheran said later. "We had a few opportunities to make something happen and we didn't do it. Not to take anything away from Mississippi, but this is on us." In 22 starts this season McPeak has compiled a 15-2 record and a 1.66 ERA. |
