Mississippi Braves Win Top Spot in National League East Division Monday, September 12th , 2050 Members of the Mississippi Braves say they are happy to have won the National League East Division crown without having to battle into the season's final days. "You always want to wrap it up early," said starting pitcher Kyle McPeak. "It can get stressful if you take it into the last week of the season." There would be no such battle necessary for Mississippi, which currently has a 94-46 record. The club will be seeking its 5th World Series and this is the 16th division title. |
