Jackson's Trevor Jacobsen Suffers Setback Saturday, September 17th , 2050 The Jackson Generals received some bad news when the team's medical staff announced that Trevor Jacobsen would miss even more time than had previously been expected. Jacobsen, who is currently out with an elbow strain, was evaluated by doctors yesterday and tests showed that the injury was not healing as quickly as they expected. Instead, the 28-year-old starting pitcher will have to spend another 4 days in treatment. So far this season Jacobsen has a record of 1-2 with 52 strikeouts and 16 walks in 54.2 innings and a 2.30 ERA. |
