No Playoff Berth Coming for Tulsa Thursday, September 22nd , 2050 There will certainly be no championship parade for the Tulsa Drillers this season. They were already on the outside looking in for the playoff chase, but the club was officially eliminated from contention today. Tulsa last appeared in the postseason in 2048. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 31 times in their 35-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Drillers have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
