Rockies Advance to Division Championship Sunday, October 2nd , 2050 After their 6-2 win today at MGM Park over the Biloxi Shuckers, the Colorado (EL) Rockies will advance to the Division Championship. Colorado (EL) won the series by a 2-1 margin. Leading the way for the Rockies was third baseman John Boyer, who had a spectacular series and was named MVP. "I don't play differently in the regular season or playoffs. I just go out and do my best every game," he said. "It's certainly nice to play in the big game, but you can't let it get to your head and change your focus." The Division Championship matchups and schedule will be announced after the Wildcard Series finishes. |
